Anonymous has asked the users to participate in an internet black out day by tweeting the message on #STOPCISPA.
Anonymous has also asked the users to keep their websites offline for sometime to protest the CISPA bill.
What is CISPA?
The govt is putting the bill in congress which if passed can allow to spy on public and can download the private information without users’ knowledge. And the worst part is that no can question or sue the private security companies and the govt.
The bill also directly violates the 4th amendment of the constitution which is the part of Bill of Rights which guards against unreasonable searches and seizures, along with requiring any warrant to be judicially sanctioned and supported by probable cause.
Govt and security companies can use any public and private information of an individual of the past and can use the same against him.CISPA also violates the privacy.
What tweeter says ?
Many users see this bill as tyranny and a situation similar to post 9/11.

Privacy isn’t about having something to hide, it’s about civil liberties and protections against tyranny. #CISPABlackout
