After the last update KB2823324 gave some real reboot loop problems to the users from Brazil, then Microsoft asked the users to uninstall the update. They also released a tool to remove the update causing the problem.
Now they have renamed the buggy update with the new number, KB 2840149 (to ward off bad omen of old update) and also has stopped the discussion under the old update number. And the new update is reported by Microsoft to be addressing the moderate security issues and should not cause the reboot loop problem in any computers.
So you can wait for a few days till it comes to your computer, if your computer is set on automatic update. Else you can download the update by downloading it from Microsoft Safety and Security page. The released update will be addressing the issues on Windows 7, Windows Vista, Windows Server 2008 and Windows Server 2008 R2.
