Nokia has officially announced the launch of its new mobile Lumia 928.The mobile will be launched on Verizon on 16th May and will cost $99 with $25 mail rebate. The mobile will be launched with 2 years contract buyers will get a $25 credit for Windows Phone apps and games with the purchase of the phone.
The mobile comes with Carl Zeiss with Pureview and Xenon flash as rumored .The phone boasts a similar specification in terms of design and hardware similar to Nokia Lumia 920. The phone looks sharper at the edge with a rectangular shape to look similar to Windows Phone 8 tiles.
The device runs on Snapdragon S4 dual core 1.5 GHz processor and flaunts a display size of 4.5 inch covered by Gorilla display skin. The phone looks more rectangular and has tilt at the end of rear at top and bottom.
Nokia has embedded a Carl-Zeiss camera in the mobile which is 8.7 MP and comes with Xenon flash and Pureview technology. The rear camera with its 1.7MP can be used for recording HD videos. It also supports all the standard communication technologies like NFC, Bluetooth and wireless. The mobile gives 32 GB of memory with 7Gb of Skydrive cloud storage.
The support for wireless charging has also been added and comes with better battery life compared to other Nokia mobile.

Nokia has given its default Nokia apps for HERE Maps, HERE Drive+ and HERE City Lens which now are the default apps for Nokia mobile.
The mobile can be called as an extension to the Nokia 920 with nothing new to add apart from the better battery life and display screen .
